Wedding Cakes with Lace have become so popular. The lace is made out of sugar and looks simple exquisite against a pale base colour of icing – particularly a pearlised colour.
This is the wedding cake we delivered last Saturday to The Grand Connaught Rooms in London for the wedding of Shirin and Nash.
Six tiers of Champagne regal ice, four tiers covered with the most intricate sugar lace and finished with pearlised beading and the most gorgeous Swarovski crystal brooch.
We absolutely loved this cake as whilst it is very detailed, it also somehow looks quite plain in a very beautiful way. We hope you agree.
