Choose your cake, your flavour, number of tiers etc and then pop your postcode in.  The system will then calculate the delivery charge if we deliver to that postcode.  

Then, at the moment, we do not offer delivery to that postcode. 

We will.   One of the HOC team.  We have our team of trusted drivers who have worked with us for many years.  We will not use a courier company or a driver that has not (literally) been road tested.  Your cake will be handed to the contact person at your venue or your specified address.

We need a name.  Your venue may have various function rooms and or functions on the same day.  For your protection, please add in the notes who is the contact point on the day.  Your cake box will be clearly labelled accordingly. 

You will need to advise your venue/contact point of your cake delivery.  Far too often we arrive with a cake and are met with the ‘know nothing about this’ face.  

Further, if your venue is part of an estate or similar, we will need an exact location to deliver to.  ‘Estate Office’,’Main Reception’, ‘Guest Cottages’ etc. etc. 

Of course, once your cake is delivered and handed over, HOC are not responsible for any damage or issues that may arise after this point.

Your cake will be delivered by midday on the selected date.  Due to traffic and other factors outside of our control we are unable to be more specific on timing.  Of course, if there are any serious delays we will get in contact with you. 

Our Wedding Cakes and Celebration Cakes to order online do not require set up.  Your cake will be handed to the point of contact at the venue or specified address before midday.
