Choose your cake, your flavour, number of tiers etc and then pop your postcode in.  The system will then calculate the delivery charge if we deliver to that postcode.  

Then, at the moment, we do not offer delivery to that postcode. 

We need a contact name and the name of the booking/function room/suite  Your venue may have various function rooms and or functions on the same day.  For your protection, please add in the notes as much detail as possible.  Your cake box will be labelled with the information that you provide . 

You will need to advise your venue/contact point of your cake delivery.  Far too often we arrive with a cake and are met with the ‘know nothing about this’ face.  

Further, if your venue is part of an estate or similar, we will need an exact location to deliver to.  ‘Estate Office’,’Main Reception’, ‘Guest Cottages’ etc. etc. 

Of course, once your cake is delivered and handed over, HOC are not responsible for any damage or issues that may arise after this point.

Your cake will be delivered by BETWEEN 7AM and MIDDAY on the selected date. 

We use our reliable black cab drivers (and/or one of the Hall of Cakes team).

Due to various deliveries on any given day and traffic etc. we are unable to be more specific on timing. 

If your cake is to be delivered to a restaurant please be mindful that most restaurants do not open until around 11am. So you may wish to choose an alternative delivery address or you will need to check that someone is at the restaurant on the selected date from 7am.

If our driver attempts to deliver your cake BETWEEN 7AM AND MIDDAY and there is nobody to take delivery, the cake will come back to base (BEXLEY DA5) and the cake will need to be collected.

Our Wedding Cakes and Celebration Cakes to order online do not require set up.  Your cake will be handed to the point of contact at the venue or specified address BETWEEN 7AM and MIDDAY.
