We have so many lovely weddings booked in for 2015 and we are still receiving lots of new enquiries every day.
The trends for this year seem to be lots (and I mean seriously lots!) of frills and ruffles, mixed with some gorgeous vintage shades of pinks, champagnes and minks. We are also doing lots of ‘silver’ tiers this year – beautiful edible silver leaf detail which gives amazing contrast to frills and other more intricately decorated tiers.
We are also seeing the return of sugar flowers. Tons of them! Our team have a combined experience of over 40 years in making sugar flowers and we are therefore very excited with some of the commissions we have this year. Beautiful trailing cascades of sugar roses, hydrangeas, peonies and many many more lovely blossoms
