CAKE DECORATING CLASSES - BOOK NOW

The Only Wedding is Essex!

We have also been very busy with new designs and taking bookings for 2011 and 2012. Since blogging the beautiful wedding of Rebecca and Ali (‘A Beautiful London Wedding’- 10th Sept), Its seems that the ‘Cascading Rose’ design has become extremely popular, We have just recreated a model of the design in ‘dove grey’ to replicate what will be the wedding cake for Katie and Mark at Stock brook Manor, nr Billericay, in March 2011. Katie, from Brentwood, adores all things vintage in silver and grey tones and the colour schemes of the wedding will be dove grey, pale silvers, pure white bouquets and touches of Swarovski diamontes. I have to say, if I was getting married now these are the exact colours I would choose!

Katie absolutely loved the Cascading Rose in the Tiffany blue but was unsure how we could replicate this design in her chosen colour pallet. I was looking to create some new designs and couldn’t resist seeing how this cake would work with a grey base colour against the contrast of the white roses. I am sure you will agree that the colours work beautifully!

Another new design is the ‘’Pure Victorian’. Pure white icing and Royal iced piping, contrasting a delicate soft silver banding….

As above, we are now getting busy with taking bookings for 2011 and 2012, so if you do wish to book a consultation, don’t leave it too late!

PS. Katie, sorry about the blog post title… I couldn’t resist it…..x
