We had the absolute pleasure to work with Charlotte and Harry to create there dream Wedding Cake for their wedding at Hedsor House back in July this year.
We met with Charlotte and Harry approximately 6 months prior to the wedding and in all honesty I feel in love with Charlotte the minute we met! One of the sweetest and kindest girls and I was determined to make her dreams come true.
Charlotte had a vision based upon the Royal Wedding of Kate and William back in 2011, which she absolutely adored. The cake needed to be the focal point of the room, a cake of grandeur and elegance and she wanted to commission a cake maker whom could deliver this. Well, she certainly came to the right place!
The cake was adorned with over 300 handcrafted sugar roses and there was also over 600 handcrafted sugar leaves as well as the individual blossoms and hand piping. Hours and hours of specialist work and we hope you will agree – what an amazing result!
It was simply exquisite and we were extremely proud of this creation. Charlotte sent me a beautiful thank you of which I was so grateful for, it really was a pleasure. Since July we have had many enquiries for wedding cakes at Hedsor House and are really looking forward to delivering many more of our beautiful cakes later on this year and in 2020
