We don’t do many princess castle cakes, so when we do we make sure they are quite special!
This cake was for Angela’s 50th birthday at Brandshatch Place Hotel and Spa in kent on Saturday. The cake had to be assembled on site so not the easiest of designs to pull off, but we did it and were so pleased with the outcome.
