You’ve gotta love a princess cake! We have worked for Rita and family for quite a few years now and the requests are always very extravagant.
We Just loved this princess cake for Gurni’s 5th Birthday last Saturday. A lovely big tier of chocolate cake at the bottom and then two tiers of our lovely vanilla sponge filled with vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry jam.
I am sure you had enough left over for a cup of tea Rita!
