This is the wedding cake we designed and created for Lucy & Lee for their wedding at Hever Castle in Kent on Saturday.
When Lucy came to see us we discussed a cake she had seen on our website that we produced last year for a wedding at the Park Lane Hotel in London. Lucy wanted us to create something similar but in her chosen colour of champagne and and also by adding a delicate, but traditional piping pattern to give the cake the required texture.
A cake like this can only be produced by working in partnership with an experienced, quality florist. Lucy had selected Isis Flowers of Petts Wood, Kent and I am so pleased that she did!
With a cake such as this, Its not just about putting it together on the day, but working with the florist prior to the event and them having an exact understanding of what is required. The team at Isis were absolutely fantastic to work with and I cannot recommend them enough.
