Whilst I do love to cupcakes, I have to be honest in saying that my real passion and forte lies in the intricate detail and precision that is required of my vintage and Victorian designs.
However, I do make lots and lots of cupcakes and was commissioned last week to make 24 cupcakes for a G&T party in London’s Hyde Park. Cheryl and Jon got married in Vegas in March but were hosting a little get together for close friends to celebrate their wedding.
Apparently Cheryl is a real vintage girl who loves classic garments, vibrant retro colours and was to be wearing a red polka dot vintage style prom! I had free reign over design and as you can see I decided on pillar box red against a delicate ivory, coupled with Tiffany blue and ivory bows to soften the overall tone.
Cupcakes and G&T’s on a Saturday afternoon…… Lovely!…
