Also, you can add fake (faux) tiers. Yeap. If you want the look but not the portions, then you can add a faux tier to elevate your cake but not the portions. You can add a faux tier to a single tier cake to make a two tier presentation, or a faux tier to a two tier cake to make a three tier presentation.
