Having been established Cake makers in Kent for many years, it goes without saying that the team know all of Kent’s venues very well. This may not seem such a big deal, but driving over the foot bridge of Leeds Castle with a 6 tier cake on board is not for the feint hearted! It takes a lot of experience and confidence in what you are doing.
