James and Jordan Cracknell came to me with their ideas of a tradition detailed wedding cake to match the opulence of the RAC Club In London.
The intricate sugar flowers and hand crafted lace created a beautifully luxurious cake to suit the stunning setting of this iconic central London venue.
With having a huge interest in all sports, it was such a pleasure to meet James Cracknell – A 2 times Gold Medal Olympic Champion, and be able to create the wedding cake of both their dreams!
