We were so busy in the run up to Christmas that we didn’t get a chance to blog some of our favourite cakes from November and December.
Here are a few images of our faves… A three tier Frozen Birthday cake for a very lucky 5 year old, two christmas cakes and a giraffe 1st birthday party.
I think my absolute favourite of these is the 1st birthday cake we made for Evelyn’s birthday party at the end of November. We haven’t actually done giraffes before so even more pleased as to how this one turned out. This was a local delivery to Bexleyheath – so not too many bumps en route for our giraffes to worry about!
We received some lovely feedback from Evelyn’s mummy and daddy and were told that the cake (rich chocolate sponge with cocoa buttercream) was devoured by all – eventually… (it took mummy three days to cut the cake as she didn’t want to spoil it!)
I also love our dear Rudolph made by our talented Nadine. Christmas seems so long ago now but hopefully we will get to make Rudolph again next year…
