We have been in this industry for 15 years and we have seen A LOT of photos! A LOT. We know some great photographers and endorse their fantastic work. But we came across some guys lately at a wedding in Wiltshire (Kin House) who have really blown our socks off! The Bearded Photographers. The clue is in the title (obvs). They got beards and they got talent.
The wedding was Nikki and Brandon – actually family friends of ours. Despite being friends, being commissioned for this one was a real treat. Not only is Kin House the new talked about venue in the south, but we knew this was going to be a hell of a wedding and a hell of a party! It did not disappoint!
Met the bearded fellas when we were setting up the cake. Just normal, down to earth guys. People you would want at your own wedding. Been there, done that (too many years ago now) but its important – you need to like your photographer(s). There are going to be with you all day and to get good pics, you need to feel fully relaxed and happy in their company.
I have just spoken to Nikki and she and Brandon couldn’t be happier with the pics. I don’t blame them! Just have a look below. When I looked through the pics the main feeling I got was how much laughter and life has been captured. The facial expressions are hilarious! To capture moments like this are priceless. Nothing staged, not all is perfect. Just capturing it as it was on the day but doing it so so well.
We get so many staged images sent to us of the ‘cake cutting’ Very nice and they always show the cake of beautifully but, so lovely to see pics like this. Christ knows what they were laughing at as they said they loved their cake so…!!!!
