We met with Eunice for a design consultation at the Dorchester in January. At the consultation we discussed the wedding themes and ideas, the floral designs to be incorporated and in general, ascertained an overall feel of how Eunice envisaged her day and how she would like her cake to look.
Being an interior designer, Eunice already had a good visual of her colour pallet and produced a ‘mood board’ incorporating her ideas. She also provided us with an ‘initial crest’ which was being used for the invites and place cards.
Eunice specified that she wanted a ‘luxury wedding cake’. She wanted her cake to be four tiers, bold but beautiful and simple and elegant. Eunice also specified that she would somehow like to incorporate the initial crest and to also add fresh flowers to her cake.
