Hall of Cakes has become renowned throughout London and the Home Counties for creating the most elaborate luxury wedding cakes and bringing back the traditional design and intricate detail that was enjoyed during the Victorian era.
The design featured in Cosmopolitan was a 6 tier centrepiece and incorporated various Royal icing techniques – requiring a whole lot of patience and a very steady hand!
The cake comprised various flavours and fillings, to include lemon sponge with lemon zest buttercream, vanilla bean cake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry preserve, decadant chocolate with cocoa cream filling and tradtional rich fruit cake. Certainly something there for everyone!
