It was a pleasure last week to deliver another beautiful cake to the gorgeous gastro pub that is 50 Cheyne Walk in Chelsea.  Well, it’s more than a pub really, a beautiful little restaurant and venue space nestled in the back streets of Chelsea and adjacent to the River Thames.  An absolutely beautiful setting.

The event space on the 1st floor is just beautiful.  A perfect space for a small wedding or party.  Gorgeous high ceilings and huge windows looking out onto Chelsea and the River Thames.

The cake was the second order from our Mayfair based client who had got engaged just two weeks before.  The celebration at 50 Cheyne Walk was for the clients Civil marriage that was taking place In Chelsea that day.  An intimate lunch for immediate family, following by music and dancing and extra evening guests – to make for a fabulous party.

Mileva, at 50 Cheyne is the Head of Events and Sales and Cheyne and is so efficient and helpful.  Mileva mentioned to me that they were looking for a new cake supplier to the venue.. say no more! We, would, of course, be delighted to be a recommended Cake Supplier to 50 Cheyne Walk.

We delivered some of our beautiful cake samples and a Hall of Cakes portfolio book to Mileva later that week and delighted to say that we received a message to say that she and her team were blown away – not only by the cake itself, but by the presentation.  We were so delighted with this feed back.  Whilst we get so many lovely compliments on our work, it is always so lovely for new contacts and affiliates to see our work for the first time and to appreciate the level of work and professionalism that goes into all that we do.
